The open-source governance layer for AI agents. Runs forty of them — Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and the rest — in one isolated git worktree per task, with no model in the coordination loop, so the same run replays byte-for-byte. Every step leaves a signed trail a reviewer can check without rerunning it, whether the run ships code, research, or an audit evidence pack.
